These ornaments are very easy to make. A great project for kids to make. They are small enouh you could use up scraps of paper to make these.
Supplies:
Circle punch - 3 " and 2 1/2" used in samples
Decorative cardstock - click to purchase
Ribbon - click to purchase
Charms - click to purchase
Glue
Double sided tape - click to purchase
Punch out 6 circles for each ornament. You can use two different patterns cardstock as used in samples or use one pattern for each ornament. Make them look like grandmas crazy quilt by making each circle a different pattern.
Fold each circle in half with print facing itself.
Glue one half of the circle to one half of another circle, aligning scallops. Continue to glue one half of the next circle to the prior half circle. Do this until you have all six circles glued together except do not join the last half to the first half of circles.
Make a loop for the top of the ornament. Add charm to ribbon. Open the ornament, apply some tape along the center of ornament. Lay ribbon accross the center of the ornament with the ends of the ribbon in the center of the ornament. Glue the ornament shut, gluing the last and the first halves together.
